Adam and his team did a great job helping sell our home after we'd already left the state. The only thing I'd say could have been improved was the amount of communication we received. We had weeks go by without any updates on progress even just to say there was no progress. With us being out of the state a regular cadence of communication would have really been nice. Adam and Melinda got the job done for us and that was the most important thing.

First off, we came across Adam Graddy's team by accident, and normally we work off referrals only. Boy we were lucky to find them. My wife and I can't say enough great things about Adam's team. Melisa, Brady, Melinda - all of them were first class all the way. They sold our house in a matter of hours, and then were there every step of the way to help purchase our dream home.
