Adam Graddy and his staff are excellent professionals to deal with. They worked hard to market our home and found a buyer in a short time. Adam made helpful suggestions for preparing the house for showing and helped with finding sources for needed repairs and improvements. His associate, Melinda Love, was very instrumental in getting the closing completed.

Was introduced to Adam by DeLana Billingsley who had just started working with him. I had never met Adam before but if Delana vouched for him then he was OK. Met with Adam discussed pricing and plan for marketing my home. While my primary contact was with Delana I knew Adam had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend his office and all the people working for him. They sold my home of 32 years quickly and allowed us to purchase the condo in Branson we had always dreamed of.

The entire team was great to work with as we searched for our first home! They took time to hear our needs and wants as a family and then worked hard to find the perfect home for us within our budget! The team walked with us every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions we had. They were also very patient when we would bring our four-year-old to meetings and viewings. Thank you Brady, Melisa, and Melinda for all of your hard work! We love our new home and wouldn't have found it without you!

Melisa and her team made our house-buying process so easy! I was shocked at how easy it was. The team set up all necessary appointments with outside agencies and connected us with excellent people for insurance, inspections, etc.

The Graddy team did an excellent job of sourcing the homes that fit within our wish list and budget. After viewing about 20 houses we ended up buying the first one they took us to. Their internal staff was excellent in helping us navigate through the closing process. We also had it all wrapped up inside of 30 days. Great people.

Adam was great to work with and Melinda was unbelievable. When a problem with our irrigation in the new house came up after closing that the seller failed to take care of Adam offered to cover the expense. I would highley reccomend Adam to anyone. Whatever they may Melinda they should triple that as well.

Melisa, Melinda, and Brady were our warriors! This was our first time buying a home and they made us all feel comfortable with the process. To this day (a month after closing) they check in with us to make sure all is well with our home.
