Beautiful apartment This is a very clean/nice apartment, I have been living here for 15months. And I love everything about this apartment. The new upgrade is good. Management is awesome; especially Maria, she is very helpful and polite about everything.

Nice place-rude staff This is a nice place to live considering the size of the apartment and the amenities. The maintenance is also great. However, the office staff is not as pleasant as the property. Although, I feel the staff is unprofessional in the way that they treat the good tenants and each other. I consider this place to be nice in terms of the apartment. The staff makes this place feel like less of a home.

Awesome Place, Terrible Parking I am at the end of my lease here at Gramercy Park, and the year I spent here was good. Nothing extravagant, but good. The apartments are nice, spacious and clean. Thankfully I have not had any major problems for service requests, but the minor ones I've had such as light bulbs going out have been addressed within a couple of days. The only issue I have is the parking. If you do not get home at the usual time, such as 6 or 7pm, good luck finding somewhere to park that is close to your apartment... read more

Average Quality Houston Apartment Located in Great Area I have lived in Gramercy Park Apartments for five years; in those five years this place has changed. Being located in the heart of the lavish West Chase District this complex has the location value. Although the location is grand, being near downtown and several shopping districts, the new management has not taken care of it. One of the best apartments in West Chase I never had any problems people breaking in, Staff are always nice and responds to your issues. best part is the 3rd floor pool view apartment. I am moving out of Houston n this place will be missed
