This was a follow up for an mri i had done and i have always been very pleased with the care i have received from DR Shields,he is friendly and answers all my questions in plain English and takes as much time as needed to do so. I found Dr. Sheilds and his staff very friendly and patient. Dr. Sheilds took time to answer questions and explained prior event reports in an understanding way. My wife and I both were very pleased with his demeanor and willingness to "dumb down" the medical jargon to enable us to comprehend the information.
