Kyel Rodriguez was my sales representative. I called, not having a specific representative other than knowing what I was looking for (2023 Ford Explorer in black or white). Kyel immediately sent me photos and a video of one of the vehicles before I arrived. She was attentive to what my desires were and even allowed me to bounces my choices off of her.

Ron and Grace were fantastic from start to finish. Our overall experience could not have been any better. From the test ride with Ron explaining the vehicle's functionality and Ron and Grace's willingness to answer questions that may arise, not only while we were at the dealership, but if something came up in the future, to give them a call.
