We used Cars. com to narrow down vehicles to this dealership, it was why we went there. Their inventory selection was far better than all the surrounding dealerships. Our salesperson went out of their way to send a video giving me a first-person perspective of the vehicle. We did not live the local area and could not just drop by the dealership to look at it. Young Kim was a lot of the reason I bought the car at Grand Prairie Ford rather than another dealership. He was very professional , knowledgeable and listened to my needs and when I didn’t agree he didn’t push me or try do what he thought was best for me.
