I thought the dealership overall was ok. (The bathrooms could use some attention) We were there about 4 hours. AC was out in an area where we had to read and sign so that was very uncomfortable. (We ended up moving to the lobby to finish) All staff was friendly and kept progress moving.

Cruze kept me updated whenever a new ranger raptor came in. He did this for a few weeks before my purchase. His persistence paid off. He was always polite and professional. It was a pleasure working with him. Kudos also to Patrick who went out of his way to be helpful.
