Jackie is fantastic this is the 5th or 6th Expedition I have bought from him over the past few years. The “make ready” on my vehicle was not great. Cracked windshield and broken glovebox discovered shortly after driving away in the vehicle. Also not as clean as expected. After hearing a noise coming from the rear, I found a golf ball in a rear compartment that was rolling around. Thanks to Jackie all issues were resolve and I love the Expedition.
