UPDATE. 10/29/22. Ford Motor Credit voided original contract. We agreed to re-write the contract. Grand Prairie Ford removed the $1295 Dealer adjustment fee and Ford Motor Credit honored their original quote of .99% interest. There was still $266 dealer adjustment for what I dont know but they would not remove it. Also they would not refund the $800 I paid to have paint reconditioned to get all scratches out. Jackie & Lawrence were so great to work with! We had to wait 10 months for our truck to be built but they stayed in constant contact and gave us regular updates! They were never too busy to answer our questions! Such a great group! We highly recommend Grand Prairie Ford!

GP Ford has amazing customer service, they really make you feel welcome from the time you step out of your vehicle and my sales rep Jackie Mercer was awesome!! He is friendly genuine and he was very informative throughout the process. The buying process was straight forward. There wasn’t any back and forth banter. I received what I asked for and was out the door with a new truck! The buying process was easy and straight to the point.
