Young, the salesman was great. He was the best part of my experience and the reason I gave 5 stars. I found a chip on my door after I got home and he helped me coordinate the repair. The worst part of experience was having to decline a warranty multiple times while my best rate was being held hostage. This is a sales tactic I have experienced before and it’s deceptive. After about 4 attempts to get me to say yes to a warranty I had to firmly say no. The finance guy ended the conversation by saying here’s your rate which was ... read more
