Everyone was friendly. The dealership was clean, and inviting. I like the 2 years free oil changes and tire rotations that come with the service. Plus that we get carwashes. Good customer service.

Purchased my second vehicle from them, first was much smoother but the second was fine. The overall experience was good but the transaction could have been faster than it was. I’m extremely pleased that they took the time to deliver the vehicle an hour and a half away as I was out of town! The only real complaint is dealer addons, those should be added during the transaction by request or really any other manner than just stuck on the vehicle and forced to purchase, dirty tactic many are doing. Our main aggravation was how dirty the car was that we bought. They smeared armor all over everything so thick we had to have it detailed after purchasing. There was spilled coke, crumbs, a lighter, pen, chapstick, all kinds of random things left in there. It was clear the dealership didn’t put any effort into detailing it after the last owner.
