Sales person did not honor his word on the price of the machine that I had travels 6 hours to get .
This is a review for Grand Prix Motorsports Well, this may be a long one so you might want to read it I spent about $35,000 cash with this company in the middle of a health emergency and everything was great the best possible service from everyone up until I paid in full!!!!!! Here we go I ordered better tiers and rims and was sold a tire and rim under warranty this delayed my pick up about 1 month but 2 months later still not ready so I started looking around for my own tires and rims I found them and was told by the finan... read more
went in with a loan ready to go, done with underwriting and all, baisicly cash in hand. salesman mistaken my mother for an amature that hadn't been in this sport for 30 years they charge nearly double on all their fees than ANYWHERE in colorado. dude lied out his ass told my mother "it's illegal to negotiate fees" she laughed and walked out. (side note, the fees om yamahas website under the msrp plus an assemblies fee are all you SHOULD EVER PAY AT MOST and usually we have em drop assembly charge cause they don't d... read more
Business response:
Deake, Sorry this was your experience. It is never our intention for anyone to feel this way while visiting our dealership. Nor do we discriminate against anyone. This is what our salesperson was referring to. I am sorry you do not see that charging someone and not charging someone else as discrimination. I very much appreciate your experience in the industry. This gives you the inside knowledge to know that our fees are on par with the industry and have been continually increased not only on us, but upon our fellow dealer... read more
On Saturday, April 2, 2022. I purchased a 2016 KTM 1290 Super Adventure. Test rode it and everything was great. On my ride home, the chain fell off the bike, putting my life at significant risk. The chain is one of the easiest things to check, adjust and ensure is in proper safe condition. It seems that they didn't bother going through that process, but instead focused on getting the bike out the door as fast as they could. My expectation of quality and integrity was wrong of a dealership and why I was willing to pay a bit ... read more
They've had my bike for repairs for the past 6 months. They've screwed this up every way imaginable. I'll never set foot in this dump again and will tell everyone who will listen about my experience.
I bought a brand new 2021 Indian Scout Bobber exactly one month ago. Spoke with Rob from sales and Jacob from parts, they’re awesome. But the service is straight trash. I had them do the 500 mile break-in service and install new handlebars. After almost $1,000 for parts and labor I get the bike back and realize that they forgot to tighten up a linkage in the front brake cables and brake fluid was leaking from under the tank. (Found that out when my brother took the bike out and almost ran into a house due to the fact the fr... read more
Sorry, but took my bike here for some very basic maintenance, and with their labor prices there is no way I’ll be returning. Something like $80 per half hour! If you need any serious work done I highly recommend heading somewhere else. These labor rates are stupidly high
Business response:
HI David. Our labor rate is posted at $69 per half hour - which is less than the median rate for dealerships in the Denver Metro. We invest greatly in our people, their training, and their tools of all types in order to provide top notch service - which does naturally come with a premium. Please let me know if you would like to discuss further - Scott
Severely disappointed in their service. We bought our Indian Scout in 2015, along with the service plan, they are the only ones to service the motorcycle. Got a job in Germany, did a last oil change, packed up the motorcycle the next day. Arrived in Germany, there was an oil leak. Came to find there was a helicoil installed, there is a gouge in the crush washer. It was in the paperwork, but I did not review it, I was packing up a house an moving. Worked with the German Indian dealership, they replaced the helicoil. Grand Pri... read more
Went for the Yamaha demo day. The sales people were extremely unhelpful and only wanted to push us into Indian Motorcycles. Heather upstairs was the only one that was super nice and helpful. Thanks Heather 👌
