Buyer Beware! My wife and I stopped by on Saturday and offered full price for a 2020 RZR Pro. I offered them my trade based on two other dealership’s actual offer - and it was not mandatory for the deal. Easy breezy. Made the he told they had to pick the bike up out of state it would be a week NP. I dropped my bike off to have the carbs rebuilt and over a couple days the price for the work kept going up and up. From $1200 to $1500 to over $1700 at which point I told them to stop working. Btw, work wasn’t supposed to have been started until a price had been agreed upon. I couldn’t even ride the bike out of the shop because the carbs had been dismantled. Waste of time!!! Drove 45 minutes so I could do a test drive. I had an appointment. I filled out a bunch of paperwork, and was asked if I was ready to buy today. I don't like high pressure. I had to stand there in the lobby for over half an hour, then I noticed it was starting to rain. I went into the GM's office, told them to destroy the paperwork, and thanked them for wasting my time. Two hours i'll never get back. The funny thing, the place was empty, so they weren't even busy. Go figure...
I live in Grand Junction CO. Put a deposit down a FTR ask if this has been damaged or warranty. Which I was told it had a warranty till September and no damages. Then after booking a room and driving 4hrs. We showed up right when I told him and waited 3hrs to be told that the screen was messed up. First telling me it would be replaced. Then that they couldn’t replace it and was told nothing they can do. So instead of driving or wasting your time at this place. Go somewhere else first. Screw them. By having honest and up front prices. A mechanic over the radio said he needed 8 hours to do a job that Kawasaki says takes 1.6 and wanted to charge 1,000 in labor.... for a recall.

Absolutely horrible! We went to check out Razrs two weekends ago. Couldn’t get in to talk with finance because they were so backed up. We were asked to put $200 down to run credit, which we did; told them to take their time and call us a few days later. We weren’t happy with the interest rate we were given so we asked for our money back...only to find out its non-refundable. Horrible service. My advisor James was nothing but a headache. Worst $1000 I ever spent. I had to pick my rzr up and move it to another shop, Fay Myers, after paying for a service on a couple ATVs. Save yourself time, money, and a headache.
Zero customer service. I assume if you spend enough money they care more, but in my experience all they care about is getting a sale and getting you out the door with no follow up.
