It's a shame that dealers still play the BAIT AND SWITCH game in the age of the internet and public reviews. Went to the dealership in early July to try and work a deal but could not get it done since I did want to lose so much on my trade. They did not stand behind the extended warranty that I purchased on a RZR XP1000 They cut all corners on service, with the service agreement, which I purchased. At the 5000 mile service, they said was about 8 hours of work, took them less than one hour, nothing was done that was supposed to be done. Nothing was inspected for safety issues. I have spent over $50,000 at Grand Prix in the past 2 years, and this is how they treat there customers. Beware!!!
Don't waste your time.....they will just sit there and stare at you the whole time.....

Worst dealership ever! I was lied two several times about the bike I got. There was a leak on the bike that they failed to tell me about when I bought it. Then they wouldn't fix it because they said it was my fault. They matenence plan is a scam. I have tried to resolve the issue with them several times, and they give me the run around and say they will call me back which they never do.
