We truly enjoyed working with Katherine at TC Realty. She was extremely prompt in responding back to us - no matter the time of day or what she had going on personally. I felt like I was the only client Caroline had. We looked at a ton of house over a year and she was more then excited to look at everyone. She negotiated our price just shy of $100,000 less then what it was appraised for. After we closed our furnace went out about a week later.
