Used TC Realty to purchase our home in 2015. Knew the area well and found plenty of homes to show us in the area we wanted to live that fit our budget and the amenities we wanted. Now we have a house we love within walking distance to Lake Nokomis and they negotiated a purchase price for well under asking price.
Grant was instrumental in the agonizing process of a going through a Short Sale. He was very prompt in conveying information between all parties and willing to go above and beyond to get the property sold. He was very professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him and his team.
My point of contact was Amber Urlacher and not only does she hold your hand, she surrounds you with her complete 110 percent support. There is no way I could have done this sell with out her by my side. Very responsive and very understanding. Very knowledgeable! They found a house that had all of our needs in a short period of time.
