Tom is a great communicator and has an excellent response time. He puts a lot of time and energy into his clients and always makes himself available. He definitely goes above and beyond what you would normally ask of a Realtor. I would definitely recommend him to others and if or when I need a realtor in this area again will go back to Tom.
Working with Thom was a wonderful experience! I had some challenges in selling my home and he was very supportive. It was clear that my needs as a customer were more important to him than earning a quick buck. He's honest, incredibly knowledgeable as a realtor and also a very kind person. She is wonderful.She will search high and low to might your accommodation. I was looking for a townhouse. Found one i like. I made an offer and i was out bidded. Melissa keep searching for the perfect place. Fortunately the place i really wanted came available again. She help me with everthin. Being a first time home buyer wasn't scare since i had Melissa on my side. ??????

Grant and TC Realty did a great job helping us sell our house. They offered excellent and practice advice on staging. They were very responsive. Grant helped us price the house to get it sold by the time we wanted to be out of the house. Overall we highly recommend Grant and his team.

Hit multiple websites during a house hunt in late April early May of this year. I found and my wife concurred on a possibility of a home. Thomas was great to work with! He was very flexible and got us in to see potential houses quickly. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had. He was really knowledgeable and gave good advice during both the house search and purchase negotiations. He did a good job of making sure we were on track with everything throughout the process so the closing went smoothly. Definitely will recommend him to others!
