Efficient quick and so convenient with the shuttle service that takes you home and picks you up when the car is ready. Great communication. Would have appreciated if they had given the car a wash as well though...
Brought my Ford Fusion in for servicing. Jody McPhail was my service person and she was awesome! She broke down everything that was going on and made the process very easy. I will be returning to Grapevine Ford for future service needs.

Service was excellent, timely and courteous.
I made an appointment and arrived a little early. They got my car in quickly and did the inspection. They washed my car and I was done in under an hour.

Bob was very helpful in getting me my appointment. He got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and explained everything they did to my car. I will definitely ask for Bob in the future when I need to use the service department.
I went in for my scheduled maintenance. They said I needed a throttle body cleaning charge me for it and then not even 1000 miles or so later they said I need a tuneup so if thats the case why didnt they give me a tuneup when they did the throttlebody because it was doing this exact same thing Both times They did a diagnostic the last time and said I needed a tuneup and charge me 600 and something dollars which they shouldve fix the problem when they did the throttlebody body
