My experience was very positive. Communication with my service manager, Erica Gillespie, was timely and helpful. She even explained things I didnt understand to my son. When the repair took longer than expected, she saw to it that I got a car to drive. Everyone I dealt with at Grapevine Ford was friendly and knowledgeable.
