Grapevine Ford took very good care of me during my last visit. My car was under warranty, and needed a part that took quite awhile to get. They provided me with a loaner, and kept me regularly updated on the status.
My Service Advisor, Erica Gillespie and her team of Technicians are fantastic. They get it done right the first time and communicate the status throughout the process. Excellent Teamwork !
Battery had to be replaced and thanks to Heath he got it done within an hour
