I Love my new F350. I liked the salesman. However I was disappointed for a few of reasons, here is one: Truck only had one key, thought I was getting a second one, which I had to pay for. The problem, it wasn't included on the final draft in financing in order to get payments I wanted. I didn't know until I was switching out items from old to new truck that I wasn't getting the second key. Should have just said nevermind, almost did. Wish I would have. Disappointed in dealership, but love Fords.
I have always had maintenance and repairs at Grapevine Ford side but was on the Grapevine Lincoln side this time. Excellent service. Appreciated the Lyft both ways. Service Advisors (main advisor Keith Thimons and the guys who filled in on his days off, Steve and Bob) kept me informed on status. Hope to keep my 2008 Mariner going as long as I am able to drive. Grapevine Ford/Lincoln is my partner in this endeavor.
