My Lincoln Mkc was scheduled for oil change and 14 point inspection also washed and zaktack, polished up like new, and promised to me on time.

Since my purchase was an end-of-lease, there was no haggling over price and I already was pre-approved for a loan with a great interest rate that the dealer couldn't match or go lower, so the only thing left to do was the paper work. Breezed through finance office and did take their deal on an extended warranty that they offered. Thanks Grapevine Ford Lincoln. My wife loves her Lincoln MKC Reserve.
Great Quick Lane Service (Oil Change) caring personel
50/50 The first time I took my car in to get 2 recalls fixed, they gave me the car back and neither were fixed. And actually one was worse after getting it back. So had to go back again. Happy its finally fixed. Wish it was done the first time.
I always give a five for the service that I receive from Grapevine Ford Lincoln, but I am needing to share with the staff. I have been traveling a lot more these past weeks than I usually do, and 30,000 miles hit me before I realize it. This last visit I explained that my Lincoln was due a Oil change & the 30,000 mile check up - and with my work schedule 7AM-11PM for the next month I could not make two appointments.
