My experience was excellent. No loaner provided but a Lyft was called to bring us home and back to the dealer.

Usually I make an appointment, but I took a chance on an opening. I was surprised, an opening, and I add a couple things to check. Oil change and tire rotation was taken care of and faster than I expected.
