Service was great, I appreciate the extra effort that was made to get our vehicle in an problem fixed on time. This allowed me and my family to attend a long waited family gathering, which had been on wait for over a year, in Arkansas. I know you had customers that were put on hold, to make this happen. I felt that the repairs for the same condition were not completed properly about a year ago, as the issues I had with my truck were never completely fixed. Thank you very much.

Heath the service rep was excellent ---- BUT THE REPAIRS WEHER MARGINAL LINCOLIN WENT IN OIL CHANGE AND CHECK UP FOR UPCOMING LONG TRIP. CHECK UP WAS FINE TRUCK RETURNED ---- THEN RECALL NOTICE - BROUGHT IT IN FOR LONG WAIT FOR PARTS --- FINALLY RECALL PARTS ARRIVED AND INSTALLED.
