Glad they fixed my transmission but not satisfied with how long it took. Because of delay in repairs I was not able to take a trip with my grandsons that they were looking forward to.
Thought brake service was a little misleading. Grapevine Ford sent out mailer with a coupon for new brakes for $99.00 per axle. For the two front brakes, it cost me $358.15 per axle after they deducted $50.00 for the coupon. As for the Oil change and filter, they had a coupon for $69.00. They actually charged $66.25 then deducted $30.00 for coupon, then added $37.75 for environmental disposal fees, which totaled $74.00 for the Oil and filter change.
