I had a bad experience at another ford dealer local to DFW, and was initially wary of going into another dealer for service. I came in unexpected (without an appointment) talked with the assistant manager Aaron McBride and let him know of my previously dealings and was told”we’ll take care of you” He took care of not only my truck but ensured I was completely informed of the whole process that took place on my vehicle.
