My Service Advisor, Pete Rochelle, makes it so easy for me to have our vehicles serviced. He made an appointment for early in the morning, but we decided to leave it the evening before. Pete had the tech on the project early and the car was ready by Noon. We were even able to use points to pay for this work from an earlier repair done on another of our FORD vehicles.
Grapevine Lincoln did an excellent job on our 2020 aviator.
Service was good but time was not great.
