I liked everything from begging to completion. My first time with GRAPEVINE FORD. When I called to set up appointment Laura Benavides set me up with James Whalen. Cannot say enough good things about JAMES AND LAURA. Both have a can -do attitude .
I had read in the paper about a recall on my vehicle. Since I was not the original owner, I was not sure that I would receive notice of the recall. I called and they took the car in to check if all the recalls were completed. They were so my car is fine. I also appreciated having transportation to my home while the car was being checked out.
The car would not start, so I used AAA to jump it off. We took the car to Grapevine Ford where a new battery was installed within a few hours.
