Service and friendliness great. Oil change and tire rotation completed. I can really tell the difference in how my Escape handles since rotating the tires. I had inquired about the recalls and have not heard back about the door arm on my 2020 Escape.

They checked brakes for squeaking, they still squeak, Had a wind noise in driver door window, they said I'm like 30 in que, so I got my vehicle back, I do like how they give you a courtesy vehicle, but can't put my dog in it.
