The Best car buying experience I ever had.! The sales and financing were as painless as I’ve ever experienced with a new or used car purchase. I shopped around several different dealers and Grapevine Ford really stood out as the best place to deal with

Great Dealership BY FAR... Devin was helpful from beginning to the end, they were super busy and the day was miserable but they found time to greet everyone. I will have to buy a few thing out of pocket and get reimbursed due to me living out of town but that is in no way a complaint. Great at first, left unhappy We went there to buy a new Ford explore, our salesman was very nice, the staff was very nice. When we got into the car we purchased the audio did not work, they said it was the battery since the car had been sitting for so long, understandable. But then that wasn’t the issue, so the car is there to be looked at this morning. So I didn’t get to leave in the new 2020 car we just bought, but a loaner and now I’m waiting to see what’s wrong.
