Bwillard The salesman was wonderful, had a request to pay me the equity in my vehicle. Made it so confusing they didn’t even understand what they were doing. Finance guy was very crafty pulled the get you a better interest rate if you buy a big warranty. Just kept on changing stuff. But I did get a really good deal can not complain there. Just took forever. Got there at 12 Friday and stayed till 8pm and then was there at 10am and finally left with my new vehicle about 3. Wanted a new truck Sales guy and manager were great. But first financial guy embarrassed himself and facility. Typical scam guy. But they recovered with a much better deal and great financial guy. You have bad apples in every batch. I let him know too.

Ken Augustadt Ken helped me every step of the way in my journey of getting into a car.
