There are plenty of Ford dealerships here in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Do yourself a favor and find another one. The sales persons we dealt with was fine but the finance guy was painful. We walked in with a check from a bank but he kept trying to steer us to Ford financing. When we asked questions, he gave us xx answers that made no sense. Service department is poorly managed. I had an appointment at 9 for Quick Lane Service. 5 cars in front of me and 3 behind for checkin. One person checking in (very slow). I sat for 20 minutes and never moved. Called the service manager - he was sitting at his desk instead of out on the floor resolving the issue. Threw his people under the bus - “no one told me there was a problem”! He should be fired for not doing his job.
On the website they show to have F150 XLT supercrew cabs for sale for 42k I called to verify and spoke to Aaron Thomas through text he verified there where over 150 trucks on the lot and that I could get any color I want for that price. I drove from San Antonio, 5 hours away, just to find out he lied. Those prices are not correct and that instead the truck is 50-57k. The sales tactic they use is unprofessional. I would never go there or trust them.
I drove a vehicle on December 11, 2022 that I agreed to purchase on December 12, 2022. They priced the vehicle to sell which I agreed to buy on the evening of December 11th. On December 12, 2022, I asked that they send the paperwork to my credit union as I was approved for the purchase. Grapevine Ford not only refused to send the paperwork to my credit union but refused to sell me the vehicle stating they had to run my credit to prove my identity before they could send the purchase to my bank. The worst car buying experience ever. I was quoted a price verbally, had to come in to get it in writing (first clue), got there and price was almost $14,000 higher. All of the slimely sales tactics used - they just lie - there's a reason there three pages in on the review / ratings for fords in TX. So many other dealers in the DFW area to choose from - don't waste your time going in and playing games. Other dealers were willing to quote via text / email with much better prices.
Burglarized and Disrespected! Dropped our vehicle off for repairs. Little did I know we dropped it off for William and his team to allow it to get broken into and ransacked. Now I am instructed by the dealership to figure it out on my own. Call the police myself. Call and file a claim on MY insurance and pay the deductible! I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. All they said was, "Well, it could have happened to anyone, not our fault!"
Good morning, Mr. Diaz, I wanted to bring to your attention the horrible and very Unacceptable Service Your Team has provided! My wife and I leased a Lincoln Corsair less than a Year ago and recently with the 1st Service Due, we called and scheduled an appointment. I bought a 2019 F-150 XLT FX4 on May 3, 2022. The problem started when they had to fulfill what they agreed on once we signed. There were items to be taken care of after the sale and I was to drop the truck off so they could be completed. Some items were completed and some were done but not as promised and discussed. One item I kept asking for was the wheel lock key because the truck had locks on them and if they weren’t going to give me a key then replace them with regular lugs. Terrible. Horrible. Awful. Our Ford Raptor is back being “fixed” for the third time in less than a year. Two weeks ago it broke down on 820. It had to be towed in. We bought the extended warranty, and Ford seems to put warranty customers at the back of the line. Two weeks ago and they’ve yet to run diagnostics!!! I’m assuming they hope we have it towed elsewhere. Again, two weeks and they’ve not even begun to run diagnostics!!! So we are yet again forking out for a rental car. First and last time we buy from this dealership.
