Professional all-around Very professional from sales stuff to finance manager. They were very fair in negotiation and did not use high pressure sales tactics. I would definitely do business with them again.

Fast and easy. Walked in, told them which car I wanted and walked out 2hrs later which also included me test driving it and looking it over. Only went back and forth on the process a few times. They do a great job of having things in place to quicken up the end goal of buying a vehicle.

Great car great dealership The buying experience at Grapevine Ford was top notch. We went to look at car that was in their pre owned inventory. The car was there and right in front of the showroom when we arrived. "Tuna" our sales person was very friendly and professional. He worked diligently to get us the best deal possible. The financial staff were equally as professional and qualified. Very satisfied with our beautiful new car, the absolutely fair deal and the great staff. Thank you Grapevine Ford.

Best experience ever. Was looking for a specific car and these guys got busy and found me the exact cer I was looking for, made the deal quick and fair and even delivered the csr and paperwork to me because I couldn’t get out of the office to visit the store and could wait any longer.

10/10 Recommendation My experience was awesome at Grapevine Ford. I was a bit hesitant at first but our salesman named Tuna was awesome. Very personable, funny, and all around just wanted to make something happen and was willing to work with what I was looking to do. After giving him the chance I was sure glad I did. He exceeding my expectations and made my buying process smooth, quick, and easy. 10/10 would recommend the dealership as well as Tuna the salesman.

Great experience I found a used auto online that was interested in. Made the appointment to view and test drive. The gentleman I had the appointment with was busy with a previous customer so he sent over someone right away. I had to negotiate my trade in, but was given a very fair price in the end and was able to make the deal. Everyone was so professional and worked hard to make it a pleasurable experience. I will definitely work with them again
