Grapids Irrigation was outstanding in their professionalism and technical expertise in starting my underground sprinkling system. In addition , they went out of their way to accommodate my time schedule for running the system.. I am more than 100% satisfied with their service and will continue to use this company.

I will post exactly what I sent to them after they screwed up my installation and then charged me for the repair. I will never use this company for anything ever again. This is the very first time I have ever felt compelled to write a bad review of a company. This bill, and your subsequent COLLECTIONS LETTER, are both fraudulent. Failed to properly reprogram sprinkler system
Did not show as scheduled and made a major oversight which made it necessary for them the return and fix
Just bought a house with under ground sprinkling. I had a sprinkler head replaced. Called one place but they wanted to place me on a waiting list for six weeks. I used home advisor and Grapids called within a day to set up an appointment for the following morning. But I was outta town for the rest of the week and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Was told twice that system was not leaking even though there was a virtual bird bath near one particular sprinkler head.
Should be your 1st call....

Currently our only online payment available is directly through a link form our accounting software. We have not wanted the liability of having payments go through our website and we do not hold onto anyones payment information. All of our techs do have the ability to take payment onsite at the time of service by check or credit card.
