The quality of work was great. However, they charge excessively for sprinkler heads. Approx. 4 times what you can buy them for at Home Depot or a local sprinkler company. Also, before the service man even assessed the sprinkling system he quoted a price, estimate if you will. That is exactly what the bill was, his quote, system, sight unseen. I have had more done in the past two years at 2/3's the cost.

All of our work is billed on a flat rate system so the customer knows what the cost will be before the work is done and there are no surprises. It also makes it so that whether we have the fastest or the slowest technician at your house you never have to pay extra. We do sell heads at a competitive price with the box stores in our retail store, but the service price includes all the odd parts needed for the repair as well as all the labor needed to do the work. Of the four vendors I contacted Grapids irragatiion was the most expensive. However they were the only ones with openings and I was fearing an early snow so I hired them. They then proceeded to cancel our first meeting, and then no call/no show the second. I had someone drive from an hour away to sit at our house and they were very frustrated it was in vain. We are very sorry for your experience. Most irrigation companies have closed down by this time. Your experience is totally unacceptable. We would be happy to refund your payment for such an experience.
Man showed up for about 40 minutes, checked everything over and said he needed parts and he had other appointments to take care of first. He said he would return and finish the job and check everything out and complete the job that day. He called us early evening and said he could not finish it that day. I asked, when can you finish it? He stated they will call you! THEY NEVER DID! I had someone dependable finish the job!

We are SOOO sorry for your inconvenience. The technician who visited has been let go and we would be willing to give you a free winterization of your system to apologize and get a 2nd chance. Obviously this is not acceptable, we have a large service fleet and many of our techs have been with us over 10 years. Again, we apologize for the bad experience and will do whatever we can to make it up to you.
Did a great Job for us. When we got the bill we were charged for 2 hour labor when the job took just a little over a hour. They did say the first hour was 62.00 and after that was 15 a 1/4 hour. Was over charged. Paid it, don't want the hassle.
