They were quick, efficient, and their pricing was fair.
This is a new-to-me house, It did not come with any information about the previous owner's use of the sprinkler system. Grapids had the patience to test it and troubleshoot it with me, while educating me on how to use it and take care of it and THEN complete the winterization I originally hired them for. service above and beyond.
Its was good experience with them.
Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, the serviceman took time to explain our underground sprinkler system as we had never used it before. We are contacting them again to blow out the system in the fall.
Mr. Luis was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. He explained every step of the process. I will definitely hire and recommend this company for any future jobs and maintenance.

Overall these guys were great. Since I have never had experience with a sprinkler system, I didn't know what to expect. It was an old system that I had no knowledge about. Communicated well and gave good advice. Will definitely recommend them and call them again.
