Did a very good job
Tyler was excellent. He showed me some things I did not know about my sprinkler system. He was on time, pleasant, and efficient.
Grapids Irrigation is always prompt even early. They do the job efficiently and quickly. Service Technicians as well as office staff are always courteous and professional. My system needed several repairs and a new control box as well. Experienced a leak later in the afternoon due to an unforeseen crack, called the office and they were on their way to repair it that day, but weather conditions were not safe. They came back the next day and repaired the problem.
Jeremy was very helpful and we discussed multiple options in progranming the sprinkler sytem.

We've never had any issues using Grapids. They've always been very informative about everything they needed to do to fix issues we've had with our system over the years. They also are great for spring opening of our system and winterization. Today we had tech Jason out and he was very professional. We had a cut line from a fence installation and he was able to find the issue and fix it quickly. They are very reasonably priced and have never tried to sell us on extra products or things we didn't really need.
Tyler was my tech today. I have used Grapids for several years and all of the techs have been great. Tyler was amazing. Grapids does the behind the scenes work and hires great people to service their customers. It is this quality combined with their professionalism and knowledge that makes Grapids such a great company to have servicing my lawn. Thanks Tyler, your work is very much appreciated and you customer service is beyond great.
