GRapids gives you a 3 hour window for your appointment and are mostly arriving at the early end of the time frame. There employees are very courteous and respectful of your home. If I had a down side, it would be that they are very busy and it is sometimes a challenge to get an appointment. That just goes to show how much of a customer base they have.

They where prompt and did a though job.
Larry has done work for both my mother and myself and he is always on time and explains what has to be done and is very thorough. There have been times when there was a problem and he alerted us and fixed it. I am very happy I found Grapids and will continue to use them in the future.
