Called me right away about the vehicle
Sales person and I reached an agreement on purchase and trade in subject to approval by the manager, Blaine. She promised that Blaine would call to finalize the deal. I waited and waited, one day,, two days, three days, all the while communicating with the sales lady. She assured me repeatedly that Blaine call. He never did. Worst experience at a dealership. From the sales men to the manager. Nothing but excuses. I went in on Sat with a pre-approval by Wed my bank still had not received a buyer order. Seems like they are not trying to sale the car if you don’t finance with them.
Dealer checked my need for this car but I am to far away. Hope the price comes down and I will look at the car again.

Unprofessional with a lack of concern or consideration for individuals and businesses time. Failed to deliver a vehicle for a PPI. Rescheduled the PPI for the following week. After further discussion with the dealership, I decided to not purchase from this dealer and requested they cancel the rescheduled PPI which they agreed to do. I received a phone call and email from the business where the PPI was scheduled stating that Gravity failed to deliver the vehicle for the PPI.
Very poor customer service. I have had a very poor service with the representative who was dealing with me. Then, I left a bad reviewed when I received a survey from the dealer. After, I was contacted by one of the managers who promised to do his best to earn my business. I gave my offer and he said, he will contact me shortly. I have not Heard anything from them since that day. Very unprofessional.
1st visit no one helped me and the vehicle I was looking for wasn’t even on the lot so I left 2nd visit, after I received an email twice and was told to come back and I’d be taken care of...the vehicle I initially asked any was not there it was off somewhere being repaired. I specifically told the huh which vehicle I was coming for and what time.
