The initial communication was great, however the finance manager suggested that we make a 15,000 down payment for a 38,999 vehicle. We were in the lot late on a Saturday Night (after 8pm) and The finance manager was Yawning Out Loud several times to notify the sales person that it was getting late and that the conversation needed to be wrapped up quickly.
