Dishonest dealer! Wasted by wife and mine Saturday by negotiating a vehicle that had already been sold. Tried to get a better deal from us by adding their $2,999 fee for their paint and interior 360 product.
Coordination and delivery was good. The vehicle has undisclosed damaged though and I have ended up unhappy with the purchase. I know it is a work van and should not be expected to be perfect by any means but didnât expect the passenger sliding door to be wrinkled from an apparent break in using a pry bar. In my mind, this damage should have been in the written description and was not. I purchased this vehicle 100% online.. I will zoom in on the pictures more carefuly in the future but would not use Gravity at any rate.
Very responsive. Contact follow-up almost immediate, however, quote for trade-in was almost laughable it was so low. Do your own research folks!
Absolutely avoid. These guys will lie, try and upswell complete garbage… they practice tied selling, where they try and convince you to buy extended warranties in exchange for fake interest rates. Many other reviewers claim their cars are lemons. Their sales reps are extremely condescending and rude. No way I would do business with them.
Dealer was extremely rude, especially Hakeem S. who was not helpful at all and didn’t even tried negotiating with me and instead told me to increase my budget. He offered an alternative car but it was 1k less and the car was 3 years older. I tried to tell him its not worth it and he asked me to do the math. Very rude and unprofessional. The whole point of buying a car is to see whats the lowest price you can get for it but instead he asked me to up my budget and do the math on how to buy a car.
Great customer service until the car is purchased. Discovered after purchase of this vehicle that needed new tires and front and back brakes. If buying from this dealer, please get vehicle checked external to the dealer so you won’t have another 2k of repairs on the vehicle after being told it had no problems and safe for the road.
I had one question, what was the EXACT color of the car. Alpine White or Mineral White Metallic. I never got an answer. I was just sent copies of the ad which didNOT indicate the exterior color. LAZY!!
This car looks amazing online however when we got there the car was scratched all over, one of the rims on the tires had been curbed terribly and there were spots on the inside. Since we were driving 3.5 hrs to check out the car I specifically ask the salesman the condition of the outside and inside of the car. He said it was just like new. Horribly disappointed!!
The car sold and they continue to contact me when I have asked them multiple times to stop
