Never answer the phone, when we got there the guy was uninterested in talking to us, must bring own financing which is fine but he didn’t get out of this chair or offer us to even look at the car we drove a couple hours to see. Go somewhere else.

I looked at the car 1-14-22 , they gave me a fair price. I paid 45,000 for a car that I never seen, because the guy I was dealing with Hernandez is a really good salesman. The only thing that I'm not happy with is I still have not laid eyes on my very, very expensive car. I had to make my first payment today. But Hernandez told me that they were going to reimburse my first payment. So if he keeps his word I will ask more questions on travel before I buy anything else online. The suburban had a flat tire and all the tires on the truck where bald. The presentation of the vehicle was horrible
Worst buying experience every. Negotiated new tires and racing stripes dipped it off a 9/10 they didnt get any of it done by 9/17 and when I dropped it off they were puzzled as why I was because they told me to. On top of all this I put 1000 bucks so far into the car because I didnt think on a 2015 with 45k the head lights wouldnt work. Kinda crazy the wiper blades and fluid was empty. The dealer called to tell me about the sunroof and something else wasn’t working. For a 2011 and the price I would have expected it to be in the best overall condition.
Not a big fan of the sales tactics here, I used to work as a sale person in Texas doing the exact same thing. The execution was not the best and tag teaming the potential sale to get a “yes” was not the move, if anything it made me feel even more anxious to just run as fast as I could out of that dealership. Set an appointment to come sign paper world for the car after being approved for the credit app. Financial manager gave a thumbs up just for them to message and hour before my appointment to tell me the car sold the day before. And it’s only a 2&1/2 hour drive to another state
Drove from a good distance to see the car. Told me they were “getting the car ready for me” but didn’t have the car when I got there. Marcus said the car was at Pep Boys while Jeff said the car was on loan and if I wanted to see it I’d have to sign a contract first. Tried to sell me on cars I didn’t want several times. Everything I was told seemed like (and probably was) deception. No way I’ll ever buy from here.
Had us drive all the way from union city to buy a suv that was being sold already when we got to the property
