Grayhawk Homes didn't fall short of any of my expectations, they exceeded all of them. They went over and beyond all of my expectations.
Our place looks nice, we have a great looking house.
I love the layout and the installation of the green part of living here. I also like all of the energy efficient stuff.
We are extremely satisfied with them. If this house was not here at this point in time we would more then likely still be in Philadelphia. It was like Jesus aligned the sun, moon and stars for us.
I was most satisfied with the overall experience. We could not find a weakness. I even called Grayhawk this afternoon and they gave me the number I needed.
-We were kept up to date on a weekly basis with the status of the home. Even though the sod/landscaping/irrigation were not completed by 10/31 we were still allowed to close and move in which was very important to us. Communication was frequent throughout the process and Grayhawk was very open to feedback...
I was most satisfied when working with our Realtor, Doris McClung. She was by far the biggest help during the whole project. She really helped walk us through everything.
I was most satisfied with the overall quality of the building. The overall quality of the house and the way it was built was good. That is where I was most satisfied.
