I admire the way they have altered some of the original design as they discovered that some things work better than others. Examples: bifold doors were changed out for regular doors ans sliding door in family room changed out for picture window.
We stopped in for an open house and fell in love with the place.
I was most satisfied with Grayhawk's professionalism. They were pretty prompt and got the job done in a timely manner. As far as the new home orientation is concerned, I know others who have bought homes from other companies who didn't get the walkthrough and instruction that Grayhawk Homes provides.
They were efficient and professional, we could tell they had done this a few times before.
