Good quality for the money and very pleased with the floorplan we selected. Grayhawk personnel are helpful when you call them. The new home orientation was excellent.
We looked a house they were building, and decided to build our home through them.
I was most satisfied with the timing in which we could close on the house. Based on military time we had move and be ready to move into the house.
The workmanship was good and the communication was good. They have good engineers and supervisors.
