RecommendedThey were awesome!!! I took my car to another location and they had a hard time getting the cap for my oil filter off so I was sent there. I wish I had gotten names, but the three men that helped me were awesome! They worked until the problem was solved, checked my fluids and tires ( which the other place forgot to do), and even sat with me and figured out how to reset everything so I had no alarms ( which was challenging in my car). Had my oil changed today for $96 (4.5 quarts). A few hours after getting home, I saw 3 puddles of oil under my car; one under the oil filter, one under the oil drain plug, and one behind my skid plate. All 3 areas were dripping with oil. It took 3 rags to get them mostly cleaned up. Then, I popped the hood to see how much oil was still in it and found the dip stick not even in the hole. There wet oil all over the dust cover. For the price, I’d expect better care to provided services.
Don’t get me wrong, of course the sales person is going to be “great”, but that in mind they’re always going to tell you the good. Absolutely NO warning about the vehicles we were stepping into to test drive. One, zero AC and wouldn’t shift automatically until you hit 4,500-5,000 RPM. Would never let it onto a highway. Next one, as soon as you let off the gas it would shudder. AC worked, cool, but is it going to survive the week after the purchase? No warning again. Finally before leaving we’re like fine, let’s test drive on... read more
