If I could give zero stars, I would. On August 20th, I brought my truck to the Hwy 77 Grease Pro for an oil change. They didn’t tighten the drain plug, and oil leaked out as soon as I got home. I had to return the next day so they could fix it. On August 23rd, I trusted them to service my transmission because they recommended it. Shortly after, my truck started shifting hard and shaking. We took our Honda CRV to Grease Pro in Lynn Haven on 12/22 for detailing. During the cleaning process, the antenna on our CRV was knocked loose and we weren't notified. Two days later, we notice water stains all on the interior roof. I was told by Josh, your detailing manager, that this "hasn't happened in his 15 year career", which I find hard to believe. Our team performed the service and a few days later you called to speak with someone about the antenna. The car wash manager pointed out to you that the water you saw on the ceiling was not near or coming from the antenna, and that there was in fact nothing wrong with the antenna. everytime I get my truck cleaned something is not done the machine washes it all the people have to do is vacuum wipe down interior and clean windows last time half the dash was wiped this time half the windows where cleaned it should be almost to easy to mess up but it happens everytime

Hwy 77 lynn haven tried to rip me off for 90 bucks on an oil change . Called another location price was nowhere near that . Hwy 77 in lynn haven fl will without a doubt try to rip you off and decent too. Bunch of damn crooks .

Horrible experience with upper management. Thong the floor manager does not care if you car is clean or not as a matter of fact he’ll send them looking horrible. I’ve never seen any managers on the floor except for some teenagers who are crew leaders who seemingly get overworked. It is sad when a customer is throughly displeased and the managers will hide from them and send these teenagers outside to deal with the upset customers even when they’d ask for the manager. Horrible experiences with management in the carwash section. Would not recommend getting you car cleaned or working there.
Came in today, 16 Dec 2021, bought the Deluxe package. Really disappointed. My passenger side door doesn’t even look like it was wiped down. Doesn’t look like my mats were removed and vacuumed under. My dash doesn’t even looked wiped down either. Spotty with the ArmorAll throughout the whole car. Been disappointed the last two times I’ve been. Arm rest wasn’t touched. Just service not what it used to be.
