We have used grease pro for years , my husband the most due to his construction business. Today I sat in the car while it was serviced . I heard something really hard hit my back passenger door . The worker looked at me and I looked at him he smiles and said nothing …we use them so much I trusted that they would tell me … I got home & looked I had a 3 inch gash all the way to the metal , deep dent and red paint thru the middle . I bought the $40 service. I tipped the guy $10, obviously because it’s hot as “Haddes” & he’s trying to make a living too. Welllll, I get in and think he did an ok job, then I drove off. I started looking around and he did not even wipe the console part, under the dashboard, mirror, the speedometer part, inside doors, gear shift area. When I got home I had to get cleaner and finish the job myself. I debated writing this, but If I’m paying $50 I atleast expect a good wiping. We bought 2 trucks. Paid cash. We were not advised of multiple maintenance issues on both vehicles, but they made sure we signed the "As is" documents. Not satisfied at their disinterested attempts at resolution and denial of problems existing. They had one of them back for an entire day and couldn't resolve the issue.

I got the exterior wash and was very disappointed. Half of my truck didn’t get soap and the other half wasn’t rinsed. SMH Afterwards I had to ask for a water hose so I could rinse my truck down as he watched me do it. Needless to say I’m NOT coming back.

Best believe I won't be recommending anybody to y'all, my car is fucked. I was wondering y every 2-3weeks I had to put oil in it. Turns out the timing chain is fucked and the valve cover gasket has a hole in it. And it ain't my fault. Now I gotta fork outside $2300 that I ain't got just to get it fixed. And the guy is booked for 3-4weeks. Thanks a lot grease pro. I'm so upset! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. Worst experience today. Paid for the deluxe wash. Waited over 30 minutes....no problem. But they did not vacuum the rear of the vehicle, did not clean around the license plate at all or the op of rear windshield, no car scent, huge streaks on interior front windshield, handprints on chrome and doors. With all that said...not even sure I got the hand wax I paid for...Certainly not worth the money I paid.

Every time I go I give them the benefit of the doubt that the next person will be more caring with someone else’s property but NOPE. Broke DVD player a couple years ago, ZERO compensation. Shampooed my carpets and didn’t let them dry before putting mats down and cause mold to grow in my car. They recleaned it but zero compensation otherwise. And today, the guy was so careless he crushed the rose from my grandpas funeral that had been in my dash and when I asked him about it, “oops it must’ve blown out” BULL CRAP.
