Great Job We are more than happy with the job Wilmer and his crew did on our hall and home office floors. They sanded and stained the floors (which had been carpeted for many many years) to a perfect match of our existing family room and entry hall. They were punctual and took pride in their work. Exceptional Craftsmen I was referred to Jason by Robin Blass to refinish my kitchen floors this Fall. I was more than thrilled with the results this past week. Jason's team replaced damaged wood planks, sanded the floor and met with me to review several stain options to blend with my other wooden floors and cabinets. Exceptional service We have been absolutely thrilled with the level of care & customer service we have received. Jason goes above & beyond and the entire staff has been amazingly helpful and accommodating! My only regret is that we didn't use Great American Floors 7 years ago when we first had our floors done. We are so appreciative for how easy & seamless our project was due to their timeliness, responsiveness and high quality work!!

Great experience!!! We were referred to Jason at Great American Floors for new carpet install at our townhouse. Hands down, best experience we've had with new floor install. Jason, Steve and the install crew were all super nice and everything was done on time and in efficient manner (measuring, quoting prices, ordering carpet and installation). Would Use Them Again We had our existing hardwoods refinished, new hardwood floors added to finish our first floor, and premium LVT installed in our basement. Hardwoods look beautiful A job well done! I always rely on recommendations from my neighbors which made this very easy. I was given Jason's name and telephone number from a neighbor. Great Service! We recently worked with Great American Floors during our major home renovation. Coordinating the timing with all of our contractors/installers can be a challenge, but Trevor Robertson, with Great American Floors, worked with us to redo our floors during the 3 day block that we needed it! He was really helpful in showing in explaining the process and getting us set up. They did a great job with the floors and we are actually having them come back next week to do our upstairs because we were so happy!
