Amazing experience I am so thrilled with my new runner! Jason was so helpful in choosing good sample options, and the ordering process was seamless even though it was a complicated job. Steve and Rachel were easy to work with in setting up the install, and the installers were very professional. The color and design look perfect on the stairs and hallway. I look forward to using Great American Floors again in the future and will recommend them to all my family and friends!

Would use them again and tell my friends Steve and Rachel and everyone we talked with were very helpful and professional. Pricing was fair and most of all the finished product was AMAZING. We kept putting off the idea of having wood floors refinished because we thought it would be such a mess. However, they sealed up everything so well (looked like haz-mat zone) we didn't notice any dust in cabinets or bookshelves. They were right on schedule and crew was so polite and hard working. Made my colonial floors danish modern I was reffered by a neighbor. We had red pine floors that had yellowed with age. We wanted the floors to look white and we were not disappointed. They were professional, friendly, and done ahead of schedule and best part now we have modern white floors! Price was very affordable and I have already recommended them to others.

Great service!! The whole process with Great American Floors was great. Trevor came out quickly to go over sample options and the install was scheduled immediately after I picked what I wanted. The installers were nice and worked incredibly hard all day. Prices were the best I found, and I especially appreciated the quote being all-inclusive. There were no sneaky add on costs, as everything was laid out for me to see. I would definitely use this company again. No question.

A Job Well Done! We had our hardwood floors refinished and carpet replaced throughout the entire house. Trevor was very helpful and guided us through the process. He was always available for questions and very flexible. Trevor and his crew went above and beyond for us by threading in some new hardwoods where we removed columns, all with just one day notice! Very pleased with every aspect of their work We are so glad we called Great American Floors when we "redecorated" an upstairs bedroom that is now my office. When we moved the furniture we realized the carpet was beyond cleaning and thought hardwood flooring would be a better solution. They gave us excellent advice on the installation, quoted a fair price, and did an excellent job. They were careful to not damage the newly painted walls. Beautiful refinishing Had my original 1960 wood floors refinished after removing decades-old gross carpeting. Floors look so good, it now feels like my home. :)

Excellent Job We had had carpet in an upstairs foyer and two walk in closets since we moved into our home when it was constructed in 1979. As most of the remainder of the house is hardwood, we chose to replace the carpet with Bruce brand solid hardwood flooring in each area. We are very pleased with the color, finish and most of all, the quality of the installation. The two installers were efficient and worked quickly in remove the old carpet and install the new. We could not be more pleased with our new floors!

Trustworthy people and product I have been using this company for 20+ years. They are always on time for their estimates and installations, complete the job professionally, and come back promptly if issues arise. I would normally pay extra for the quality of service but their bids are always competitive with other companies.
