Excellent customer service Marc, Rachel and Steven provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process from estimate to last day of completion. Emails or calls we made were addressed in a timely manner. I have already called them again for another quote!

Very Helpful Stephen and the team at Great American Floors were very helpful in helping us pick out carpet for our new home and were in and out in no time. They were very responsive with all communication and helped us find what we were looking for.

Professionals! Great Service and Quality! I just had hardwood floors installed in 3 bedrooms with Great American Floors. Steve Williams, the operations manager, was so pleasant to work with. He was flexible with start dates and wood drop off times. He checked in and responded quickly to my questions. The crews were extremely polite and hardworking. The floors are beautiful and the job was practically dust free. I am so delighted that I have to write a review! Yay!! 5 stars!!

Professional service and excellent quality Mark, Steve, Benjamin, and Gabriel were most professional throughout the entire process. As part of a laundry room remodel project, we added hard wood floors. Mark and Steve willingly worked to schedule the floors on the exact day we requested resulting in us not losing any time on the project! Great Serice, Great Quality We had an overall great experience with Great American Floors! Reasonable price, quick service, and the end results were just great. The previous owner of our of our townhouse had the dining room carpeted but hardwoods surrounding it in the kitchen, hallway, and powder room. We wanted hardwoods in the dining room to match the rest of the floor. Great American matched and installed the wood, sanded everything, and re-stained. Great Service and Floors I would give Great American Floors 10 stars! They were absolutely amazing through the entire process. Steve, Mark and the entire team were just wonderful. They helped me with product choices, told me the benefits and disadvantages of my choices which made the whole process so easy. Amazing Service I had hardwood floors and carpet installed in a home I purchased. The Great American Floors team was completely amazing throughout the entire process--estimates, product choices, scheduling installations dates, and actual installation, etc. Everyone on their team from Rachel to Jason to Steve are so wonderful to work with--even when my timeline nearly had a potential shift. Great customer service I can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received from Steve Williams and the entire team at Great American Floors. They were very responsive throughout the entire process. They replaced a section of our hardwoods that were water damaged, then sanded and refinished the rest. We're extremely happy with the results.
